This text explains how Gustae Oriental processes the personal data you provide when subscribing to our newsletter, in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

- Your email address and, optionally, your first name and preferred language.

- To send you the newsletter — atelier news, new colorways, seasonal openings and early access — and to manage your subscription.
- Legal basis
- Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.
- Transfers
- Data may be processed by our email-delivery provider acting as a data processor on our behalf, solely to deliver these emails. It is not sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
- Retention
- We keep your data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which it is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
- Your rights (Art. 11)
- You may learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request deletion, and object to processing. Use the contact details above to exercise these rights.
